After your comprehensive and independent inventory report has been compiled by one of our clerks, we will meet with the tenant and walk them through the property highlighting any issues and dealing with any concerns that might arise. The next step is to have the inventory signed and dated by the tenant with the inventory clerk in attendance.

Our Fairview clerks will also take the opportunity to further explain the importance of an inventory and make the tenant aware that the report can be used as evidence by both parties should a tenancy dispute arise.
