Check Outs
Our check-out reports are carried out at the end of the tenancy with or without the tenant present.
Our clerks will use the professional inventory to cross reference for any changes to fixtures, fittings or décor and note any damage that may have occurred during the tenancy. Our clerk will record the findings including the cleanliness of the property as well as take the final utility and meter readings. We will then report the findings back to the letting agent or landlord for any follow up action that might be required and also ensure the tenant receives a copy of the report.
