Interim Property Visits

Our interim property visits are carried out at appropriate intervals and can be arranged for a time that suits both parties.

Our interim reports carefully detail any changes to the condition of the property’s fixtures, fittings and décor. Any damage is recorded and immediately reported to the landlord and tenant who are then encouraged to resolve the issue, for example, a faulty appliance or stained upholstery. Dealing with these issues as soon as they arise prevents costly problems at the end of the tenancy and encourages an amicable landlord and tenant relationship.
